This congress aims to bring together farmers, producers, processors and distributors in the sector to discuss how we can prepare ourselves to compete successfully in the new scenario. <\/p>\n<p>Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods products were successfully represented at the congress dinner with a dish prepared with our fuet and ham. Our delicacy was the protagonist for the first course of the congress dinner and it was a delight designed for the event: a tartar of fuets, pumpkin and pear with aniseed, white garlic, tender almonds and crispy ham. <\/p>\n<p>This dish was enjoyed by all the diners, specialists and managers from the meat and retail sector who attended the congress.<\/p>\n<p>The AECOC congress was also a success, as usual.
