This dinner was attended by representatives of important companies exporting to Japan such as Balfeg\u00f3 \u2013 the authentic red tuna, Cacao Sampaka, Pere Ventura Family Wine Estates and Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods. Also in attendance were the Honourable Consul General of Japan in Barcelona, Mr. Yasusi Sato, and the Deputy Consul General of Japan, Mr. Hitoshi Kawazoe, with the aim of disseminating Japanese culture and values in Spain and fostering business relations between the two markets.    <\/p>\n<p>During the dinner we had the pleasure of delighting the attendees with a second course with one of our products: \u201cCrispy bacon cooked at low temperature with potato parmentier, artichokes and spring onions with ratafia\u201d. A dish designed exclusively for the event, which was a success with the palates of the diners. <\/p>\n<p>During the day we were able to explain to Yashushi Sato what our commercial relationship with Japan is like, how we see our joint projection and the rigorous food safety and quality measures that our processes follow.
