{"id":40010,"date":"2026-09-28T16:35:32","date_gmt":"2026-09-28T14:35:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.costabravafoods.com\/we-talked-about-the-future-of-sustainability-in-the-industry\/"},"modified":"2026-09-28T16:35:32","modified_gmt":"2026-09-28T14:35:32","slug":"we-talked-about-the-future-of-sustainability-in-the-industry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.costabravafoods.com\/zh-hans\/we-talked-about-the-future-of-sustainability-in-the-industry\/","title":{"rendered":"We talked about the future of sustainability in the industry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods\u2019 Sustainability Coordinator, <strong>Joaqu\u00edn Navarro<\/strong>, took part in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.3tres3.com\/eventos\/333-experience-espa%C3%B1a-2026\">333 Experience Congress Espa\u00f1a<\/a>, organised by 3tres3 and held in Lleida on 22, 23 and 24 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">During the event, we took part in the session \u2018Sustainability and Spanish Meat Companies\u2019, where we had the opportunity to present and explain our strategic sustainability plan, \u2018Horizon 10 Goals \u2019, based on ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cThe future of the sector depends on clearly defined ESG guidelines: only what can be measured can contribute. And every task, from every area of the business, must be able to contribute its part to that result,\u201d Joaqu\u00edn highlighted during his speech.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This roadmap includes 10 areas of action that allow us to measure our progress, set targets and adapt our actions to the needs and challenges facing the sector at any given time, thereby moving towards an increasingly sustainable business model.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In addition, Joaqu\u00edn took part in the round table \u2018The Evolution and Future of International Trade in the Pork Sector\u2019, alongside representatives from ANPROGAPOR, Grupo Agrobox, Cercaf\u00e9 and La Floresta.
