Job Details: LEAN PROMOTOR (LES PRESES)
Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods, a leader in the meat industry market segment, is looking to hire a Lean Promoter at its Embutidos Caseros Collell plant in Les Preses (Olot) for our Continuous Improvement department.
The main objective of the selected person will be to drive, coordinate, and consolidate the Lean culture within the organization, promoting continuous process improvement through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies, in order to increase efficiency, quality, and team engagement. Their main responsibilities will include:
– Promote and deploy Lean culture at all levels of the organization
– Coordinate and lead continuous improvement projects across different production processes
– Provide methodological support to work teams and guide them in the implementation of Lean tools
– Train staff in Lean Manufacturing, as well as in tools such as 5S, VSM, A3, SMED, and the proper use of operational KPIs
– Monitor results, indicators, and Lean initiatives
Key Responsibilities:

Lead loss elimination and efficiency improvement initiatives

Identify improvement opportunities and standardize processes

Ensure the maintenance and evolution of work standards

Drive continuous improvement and the systematization of Lean practices within the plant
The profile we are looking for corresponds to a professional with a background in Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar, with experience in industrial environments and in the application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Additionally, we will value:

Strong knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement

Project management experience

Personal skills such as cross-functional leadership, analytical ability, effective communication, and team facilitation skills
Working hours will be full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible start between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.; a lunch break of 30–60 minutes, and finish from 4:30 p.m. onwards.
A driving license and own vehicle are required.
