Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods, a major company in the food sector, is looking to incorporate an Operations Controller into its offices in the Gironès area. The person will join a consolidated project with global scope, focused on comprehensive profitability analysis, operational efficiency, and resource control, within a professional, rigorous, and collaborative work environment.

Main responsibilities:
– Business analysis for different departments in order to align financial objectives with operations.
– Monitoring production routes to optimize processes and ensure efficiency.
– Supervising movements between plants to optimize product transfers, reducing costs and time.
– Maintaining product cost sheets to keep real costs updated.
– Managing incidents and proposing improvements.

Requirements:
– Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
– Strong communication skills and teamwork.
– Organization, attention to detail, and autonomy.
– Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Navision/Business Central and Power BI.
