Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods, leader in the meat industry market segment, is looking to incorporate a Commercial Back Office position at its Girona offices.
Mission of the position:
The role will be responsible for managing and monitoring all orders handled by the Export Area Managers, providing customer service, and resolving incidents:
– Administrative and documentary management of the orders handled by the Export Area Managers.
– Monitoring of prices set by the Commercial Management and the Export Area Managers in the tariffs applied to customers.
– Logistic support to the Export Area Managers in order to collaborate in the organization of order deliveries to each customer, acting as a link between the Logistics Department and the Commercial Department.
– Resolution of any administrative or invoicing issues related to the orders processed from the Back Office position.
– Acting as a link between the Administration Department and the Commercial Department for invoicing customers according to delivered orders and the prices negotiated by the Commercial Management and the Export Area Managers.
– Telephone and email assistance to customers for any request they may have or to resolve any issues that arise in the manufacturing and delivery process of the order.

Requirements:
– Specific education in International Trade, Tourism, Business Studies, and/or Business Administration. Advanced Vocational Training in International Trade and/or Commerce & Marketing will also be considered if the required experience is met.
– Used to constant contact with clients, especially key accounts.
– A driving license and private vehicle are essential to access the company.
– Proficiency in office software tools, especially Excel.
– Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language will be highly valued.
