Offer Details: LABOR TECHNICIAN (RIUDELLOTS)
Costa Brava Foods, a leading company in its market segment with both national and international presence, is looking to incorporate a LABOR TECHNICIAN to collaborate with the HR department at the Riudellots plant.
Reporting directly to the Labor Manager, based at the main Riudellots plant, the main mission of the selected person will be to prepare payrolls, managing information related to payroll, social security contributions and taxes, as well as labor documentation to ensure compliance with labor regulations, while maintaining employee satisfaction. Among the main tasks are:

Managing the full payroll cycle.

Performing accurate calculations of salaries, deductions, and contribution bases.

Processing employee registrations, terminations, and contract modifications.

Managing and resolving payroll-related incidents and answering employee inquiries.

Monitoring employee attendance, managing absenteeism, and potentially applying disciplinary measures.

Preparing retirement studies, liaising with the external consultancy for case resolution, and preparing documentation.

Reviewing and calculating income tax (IRPF).

Other tasks related to the job position.
The profile we are looking for corresponds to a professional with a university degree in Labor Relations, Business Studies, Business Administration, or a Higher Vocational Diploma in Administration and Finance.
A minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position is required.
