Job Details: SENIOR BUSINESS APPLICATIONS & OPERATIONS SYSTEMS SPECIALIST (LES PRESES)
Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods, a leader in the meat industry market segment, is looking to hire a Senior Business Applications & Operations Systems Specialist to work at its Les Preses (Olot) plant, Embutidos Caseros Collell, for our IT Department (Information Technology).
The main objective of the selected candidate will be to ensure the evolution, stability, and consistency of the systems that support Collell’s industrial operations, in alignment with the global digitalization roadmap defined by the IT department. The main responsibilities will include:
Technical Responsibilities

Integration of business systems (ERP) with plant systems (MES, CMMS, WMS, IoT, RFID, and automation systems).

Ensure the quality and consistency of operational data.

Development and optimization of SQL queries and data structures.

Documentation of architectures, data flows, and interfaces.

Analysis of plant processes and design of scalable technical solutions.

Participation in data capture activities in industrial environments.
Management and Coordination Responsibilities

Coordination with external vendors and monitoring of deliverables.

Liaison with the Production, Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality departments.

Participation in the analysis, testing, and implementation of new solutions.

Risk identification and support for digital adoption on the plant floor.

Driving standardization and reduction of manual tasks.
The profile we are looking for is a professional with a strong technical background, combined with extensive experience in operational digitalization, industrial applications, and IT/OT integrations in production environments.
Working hours will be full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible start time between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.; a lunch break of 30–60 minutes, and finishing from 4:30 p.m. onwards.
A driving license and own vehicle are required to travel between plants.
