Job Details: ELECTROMECHANIC
Costa Brava Foods, a leading company in its market segment with both national and international presence, is looking to hire an Electromechanic to work at its Les Preses (Olot) plant, Embutidos Caseros Collell, for our Maintenance department.
The main objective of the selected candidate will be to ensure the optimal, safe, and efficient operation of the plant’s machinery and production equipment through preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance activities. The main responsibilities will include:
Main Duties:

Inspect equipment according to the established maintenance plan (lubrication, cleaning, adjustments)

Replace worn parts before failure and ensure operational availability of equipment

Repair breakdowns in machinery, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems

Diagnose faults using tools and measurement equipment

Replace defective components and ensure proper commissioning of equipment

Document incidents and completed work in maintenance reports

Inform the maintenance manager about equipment status and potential operational risks
Other important responsibilities:

Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area

Strictly apply industrial safety protocols
The profile we are looking for is a professional with training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or similar, with experience in repair, diagnosis, and maintenance of industrial machinery, as well as knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Additionally, we will value:

Working hours will be full-time (40 hours per week) on a morning shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.).
A driving license and own vehicle are required to travel between production plants.
