Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods, a leading company in its market segment with both national and international presence, is looking to incorporate an R&D Formulation and Product Technician at our Les Preses plant, who will take on the following responsibilities:
- Implementation of the Recipe Manual – Processes – Finishing
- Management of product trials and factory implementation
- Research and development of new MMAA materials
- Analysis of weaknesses in our system
- Training the production team
What will your responsibilities be?
- Development of new products
- Development of modifications to existing products
- Development of projects assigned in the Servicetónic platform by the Product Development Director
- Transfer of products and processes to the ICP team for subsequent industrialization
- Documentation of projects in Servicetónic, completing them with the product and process proposal for ICP
- Optimization of processes and costs based on simplicity
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Veterinary Science, Food Science and Technology (CTA), or Agri-Food Engineering
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Knowledge of cured sausages and meat products
- Proven experience in the functions and responsibilities described above
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented person with the ability to work across departments
- Strong cooperation, coordination, and collaboration skills with a results-oriented mindset
