For the third consecutive year, we have renewed our commitment to inclusion, diversity and equal opportunities for people with disabilities or at risk of social exclusion, together with Grup MIFAS, a non-profit organisation that works to promote equality, economic independence and social justice for people with disabilities and those at risk of social exclusion.

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility plan, through which we support more than 40 initiatives, we see sport as a powerful vehicle for promoting inclusion and personal development. In this regard, we have become the main partner of Grup MIFAS’s sports programme, which focuses on promoting the social integration of children and adults through sport.

Thanks to this collaboration, we will support the Besalú wheelchair basketball team and two boccia teams, a Paralympic sport for people with severe disabilities in which players aim to get their leather balls as close as possible to a target ball, while trying to move their opponents’ balls away. The boccia teams we support are based in Olot, Vilafant and Girona.

Through this collaboration, we continue to strengthen our commitment to working together to build a more inclusive society.
