Job Offer Details: JUNIOR SALES TECHNICIAN (GIRONA)

Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods, a leader in the meat industry market segment, is looking to incorporate a Junior Sales Technician into its offices in Girona.

The mission of this position will be to support the sales team in generating sales opportunities, managing clients, and developing business, contributing to the company’s growth. The main responsibilities will include:

Prospecting and lead generation

  • Identify and contact new potential clients (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify leads and generate business opportunities
  • Arrange meetings for the senior team

Sales support

  • Prepare commercial offers and proposals
  • Follow up on clients and opportunities
  • Update the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Manage small accounts or recurring clients

Analysis and reporting

  • Monitor commercial KPIs
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Support commercial actions and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
