CFGM students visit us at our facilities

We were very happy to receive a visit from the first and second year students of the CFGM (Intermediate Level Training Cycle) in “Food Product Preparation” at our plant in Sant Jaume de Llierca (Girona), from the Institut La Garrotxa.

We began the visit with a video of the production process of our products, and we held a question-and-answer session to help resolve any doubts they might have. We then introduced them to our workshop, the sausage drying rooms, the packaging section, the operation of shipments, and to see our clean room from the outside.

With this visit and the relevant explanations in each area, we were able to show them how our food products are produced and packaged, how production and quality plans are followed and how maintenance is carried out in accordance with current legislation on hygiene, food safety, environmental protection and occupational risk prevention.

A very enriching visit to acquire knowledge of the sector, always supervised by our professionals.
